US AUTO Messenger Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how US AUTO handles information when you use the US AUTO Messenger Price Checker through our Facebook Page.

Information we process

When you message our Facebook Page, the Messenger bot may process:

  • the text of messages you send to the Page;
  • a Facebook Page-scoped user identifier (PSID) supplied by Meta for the conversation;
  • vehicle model or variant information you provide;
  • the service you select, such as Window Film, PPF, or Coating; and
  • technical information needed to deliver the automated reply and open the US AUTO Price Checker.

How we use this information

We use this information to identify the vehicle you are asking about, show the correct vehicle variant when necessary, provide the relevant Window Film, PPF, or Coating options, and send you a link to the US AUTO Price Checker.

We may temporarily use limited conversation context, such as your Page-scoped identifier and selected service, so the bot can continue a short multi-step conversation. We do not use the Messenger bot to sell your personal information.

Price Checker and quotation information

If you open the US AUTO Price Checker and choose to submit quotation or contact information, the information you enter there is handled by US AUTO's website and quotation systems for the purpose of preparing, delivering, and recording your quotation and related customer service.

Third-party services

The Messenger experience relies on Meta/Facebook Messenger and Google Apps Script, and the Price Checker runs on the US AUTO Shopify website. These providers may process technical or account information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention

US AUTO keeps only the information reasonably needed for customer service, quotation records, business operations, legal obligations, and system security. Temporary bot conversation context is designed to expire automatically after a short period.

Your choices

You may stop using the Messenger bot at any time. You may also request deletion of personal information controlled by US AUTO by following our Messenger Data Deletion Instructions.
