US AUTO Messenger Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information controlled by US AUTO that is associated with your use of the US AUTO Messenger Price Checker.
How to request deletion
- Email info.usautomm@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Messenger Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us that your request relates to the US AUTO Facebook Messenger Price Checker.
- Provide enough information for us to identify the relevant interaction, such as your Facebook profile name and approximate date of the Messenger conversation. Do not send passwords or other sensitive login information.
What US AUTO will delete
After we can reasonably identify the relevant records, US AUTO will delete or anonymize personal information under our control that is no longer required for customer service, quotation records, business operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or security.
Information held by Meta or other providers
Messages and account information may also be stored by Meta/Facebook or other service providers independently of US AUTO. Deleting information from US AUTO's systems does not automatically delete copies controlled by Meta or another provider. You may need to use that provider's own account or privacy controls for those copies.
